So, you want to lose weight but don't want to go to the gym or go running? Check out the untraditional workout that Ryan is attempting! He thinks if he races go-karts for 30 minutes a day, three to four times a week, he'll drop pounds by the end of the month.

30 minutes is approximately three races at K1 Speed, and Ryan's carrying out his go-kart workout on K1 Speed Irvine's tight and twisty Track 2 before the center opens to the public.

For the first two weeks, he won't change anything about his diet, so he'll be eating anything from hamburgers and pizza to salmon and veggie dishes. The last two weeks, he'll incorporate some diet into the workout to see if he can accelerate his results.

Go-karting is a proper workout, with Vroom Magazine reporting that it burns 358 calories per half hour ( https://www.vroomkart.com/news/29424/w... )

This go-kart diet will prove to be an interesting study, and one we're eager to see the results of. So, if you've been wondering, "How do I lose weight while having fun?", Ryan may have just found the answer: go-karting!
